LIOR BOROVIK is the Clinic's Certified Genetic Counselor, JACLYN SCHAAP is its Social Worker and DIANE JOHNSON MITCHELL is its Family Therapist. The Sanford HD Clinic is supported by the Huntington Disease Society of America (HDSA) and offers comprehensive diagnosis and assessment as well as multidisciplinary care for the motor, cognitive and neuropsychiatric features of Huntington disease.
